Local-first operation
The inspection backend, visual model, station inputs, and local storage can run on an on-site workstation or industrial PC.
Netra is designed as a local-first inspection system. The deployment model can keep images, criteria, model execution, and audit records on the customer's site while allowing optional cloud services only when the customer enables them.

Cloud inference is an explicit configuration choice for evaluation or escalation—not an invisible requirement of the local workflow.
Inspection plans, criteria, model and prompt details, source frames, results, and corrections can be tied to a specific run.
Begin offline and in shadow mode, define review thresholds, and move only validated low-risk decisions into assisted use.
A local Netra deployment can store inspection images and audit records on customer-managed storage. Any remote support, backup, fleet management, or cloud inference arrangement should be documented per deployment and enabled only with the customer's approval.
The product architecture supports authenticated users, role-aware administration, versioned inspection plans, review records, and an audit trail for inspection activity. The exact identity provider, retention policy, and access-control integration should be agreed during deployment.
A quality decision can change when criteria, examples, prompts, tools, or models change. Netra treats those as controlled artifacts and is designed to replay trusted historical cases before a revised plan is released.
Important: This page describes the intended product architecture and deployment approach. It is not a claim of certification under ISO 27001, SOC 2, FDA, aerospace, automotive, or other standards. Required controls and validation must be defined for each customer and regulated workflow.
